when i try and down shift from 3rd 4th or 5th gear down into to 2nd gear, it grinds lik i dont have the clutch all the way in, and when i jam it into 2nd it jerks, what do i have to do to fix that???

check to see if your clutch is adjusted properly, fluid in the system if it has it and that you are getting travel all the way. you could also have a bent clutch fork as well.
