Speedometer, mile and trip reader not working?

Hello, I just bought the vehicle listed above and the speedometer and mile and trip reader also do not work. ABS light and "triangle" light also accompany on my dash. After research came to a possible solution of vehicle speed sensor needed. I looked under the car to search for such sensor and will show you what I seen. Is the VSS missing in photo on car? Thank you.

Hi,

The speed sensor for the speedo is located near where the axle comes connects to the trans (driver's side behind a heat shield). I attached the directions below for the removal and replacement.
