Speedometer not working

Everything on instrument panel is working. Speedometer started jumping. Now it gets stuck. Car was parked, no key in ignition and speedometer read 50. If you tilt steering wheel up and down, it moves speedometer down to 35. Dealer said they found no issues, even though we showed video of problem. Any suggestions?

Hello,

Do you have a check engine light on? If so I would replace the vehicle speed sensor here is the location (below). If the check engine light is not on it sounds like the cluster has gone bad and needs to be replaced here is a video of the job being done on a similar car:

Be sure to give the rebuilder your VIN and mileage so it can be programmed to the new unit. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
