Speedometer not working

Recently my speedometer plenty crazy needle jumping from 0 to 140mph I replaced the vehicle speed sensor, the instrument and it's still acting up

It may be a bad dash as they are digital and do that. Check to see if getting power to dash from speed sensor. And connections tight on both

Yes I replaced the speed sensor and dash twice I checked to see if there's power from the dash to speed sensor and there is

The only thing I can suggest then is to check ground at aback of engine, check the junction block on lh side of dash to see if it has a good connection, put some dielectric grease on speed sensor connection and see if that cures it. The yellow wire is for power and orange is return signal. I looked at an accord because you didn't give a model. I have no further suggestions other to have it looked at locally
