speedometer not working

After replacing power steering hose, speedometer stop working, hesitant to pick up speed, sudden changes in speed, slightly stiff gas peddle.

check routing of power steering hose may be interfering with a harness or partially unplugged a connection. who ever put it on take it back and complain.
