erratic speedometer will not go above thirty mph

I replaced the output speed sensor, no change. I watched your video on replacing the ABS module,no change. I have replaced the instrument cluster,no change. I did a five hour reset each time. where else should I be looking? this one has me stumped. thank you for your help. Bill

It sounds like you have some wiring issues or a bad connection. Here is some instrument cluster wiring diagrams (BELOW) and a guide so you can do some testing.

ok i've gone through the wiring,what I can get to..I can't determine what wire is ground at the sensor...the schematic dosen't show ground...if it does it's not labeled.

It is circuit 20 and the ground should be located near the pillar. Its in the second diagram.

ok everything is ohming out correctly voltage checks at sensor are good also..what can I check in the abs side of this...would a bad abs speed sensor cause this?also should i have an output voltage to the speedo?

A bad wheel sensor can cause this for sure, here is a guide so you can test it. There is no speedometer output though.
