Speedometer and vehicle speed sensor location

Just had an engine swap, but I no longer want to deal with that gentleman. I got the vehicle back and the speedometer was jumping around a lot the first day, but I could still register the speed. now it won't register the speed at all and still does a little bit of jumping around. I feel confident after reading the research that it's the vehicle speed sensor but I'm not 100% sure where it's located.

You are probably correct with this. I attached the process. Let me know if you have any other questions and how you make out. More then likely the connector is loose or it is not fully seated. Thanks
