When I turn the key on the speedometer bounces and tachometer bounces for a few seconds then stops?

When I turn the key on the speedometer bounces and tachometer bounces for a few seconds then stopped and my speedometer pegs out at 130 MPH tachometer works. while driving but the speedometer doesn't replace the sensor on the transmission to no avail. How do I reset the speedometer or do I have another issue speedometer is always pegged out at 130?

It sounds like the cluster is going bad, but you can try a hard system reboot. This guide can help and if not, I have included how to change out the cluster in case you need it.

You can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay. Also check the electrical connectors at the rear of the cluster if there is bad connection it can cause this issue. Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes
