Stopped at a stoplight or just sitting in my driveway my car shakes?

When I drive my car, everything is fine. When I put my car into park, stop at a stoplight, or just sit in my driveway; my car shakes and the speedometer starts going up and down. I have taken it to a mechanic place three times, and they can't find it (they're worthless). I have looked up a few things, but a lot of problems have popped up that correlate with it. I have already changed my spark plugs. Please let me know!

Hi Seth,

We need to know if the engine is causing the problem or the engine mounts, can you please send me a short video with the hood open of the engine idling so I can see what the problem is? Also, do you know if the engine has a balance shaft, I can't look it up because I don't know the engine size? Does it seem like the engine is misfiring? If so, this guide can help:
