Speedometer jumps

Speedometer jumps most of the time sometimes it does not move. When problem started the needle on the speedometer would jump when I hit a bump in the road. I replaced the instrument cluster and the speed/abs sensor to no avail.

Sounds like a short in the speed sensor wiring or a bad connection. If you have access to a good scan tool that can read live data you could connect it, select the speed sensor feed and then start wiggling and tugging on the wires and watch for the signal to drop out.
The other option would be to trace out the wires, disconnect them on both ends and then trace them with a meter.
