Speedometer does not work and I have replaced the speed sensor three times now and it still doesn't work.

It sounds like you have a bad connection between the sensor and the PCM. To be sure here is a guide to help you check the wiring and the wiring diagrams for the transmission so you can see how it works and which wires to test:
