Speedometer signal voltages

Speedometer inoperable, good speed sensors and wiring. Wondering what color are the signal wires to the the speedometer head and what the voltage readings should be?

Good morning.

Do you have a scan tool to monitor the input to the PCM from the sped sensor? you need that to see if it is generating a signal to the PCM. if it does, then it is transferred to the cluster to display a mileage and speed. you cannot see a voltage as it is a pulsed reading that goes to the cluster.
