It sounds like the cluster is bad, but I would remove the cluster and unplug it and then plug it in again in case there is a bad connection. This can help fix it, also keep an eye out for corrosion. You might want to try a hard system reboot as well

Here is how to remove the cluster, if these suggestions do not work, I would send the cluster in for testing. Check out the images (below).
