When I replaced my fuel pump and had put everything back together and turned the key to start and got nothing no crank no start and all the gauges on the instrument panel quit working all at once. The speedometer, gas gauge, rpm’s, power steering & airbag safety check message on instrument panel. Figured it had to be a ground issue. Well, swapped transmission. My internals had gone bad. The 3rd gear was giving me issues going into gear then followed 5th and then came 4th. Only gears working were 1st, 2 & reverse. Now that I put the other transmission in along with new seals, slave cylinder, flywheel, clutch kit, shifter cables, battery, clean the grounds. Replaced fuel sending unit/floater. Got the car back together and started instrument panel lit up RPM’s work, gas gauge works but nothing on the speedometer. Figured the wiring harness needs replaced since its in the area where it can get any fluids sprayed onto it.
