My speedometer quit working and it pulled up a code for speed sensor. When I looked it up there appears to be two different speed sensors. Question is, which one is the culprit? I need help

Hello,

In the diagrams down below I have included the factory diagnostic Pinpoint Test DP for your vehicle's speed/transfer case speed sensors. This diagnostic troubleshooting Pinpoint Test will require you to use a multimeter, so here is a link down below, if you are unfamiliar with how to use one.

Please go through this guide and get back to us with what you are able to find out.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello again,

The information that you requested is in the diagrams down below, There is only one Vehicle Peed Sensor (VSS) and it is located on the transmission. There is an Output Speed Sensor, which is also on the transmission and the other end of the harness has a connector, which is on the engine.

Thanks,
Alex
