Speed sensor A

When you start the car the ABS and park lights are on. They do not go off until you move about one hundred feet or so. Sometimes engine light is on and not the ABS and park light. Hooked up scanner get an error code for speed sensor A. Brought car to local Toyota dealer, they hooked it up to diagnostic software, but could not find what was wrong. They wanted a open check book to find problem. Where is speed sensor A located? Also, would this cause issue with shifting?

Oh yes, you can fix this yourself. Sensor A is the front left ABS wheel speed sensor I believe.
