Speed governor

I have a teenage son who I would like to give my old car, that has seen much better days to. My only concern is with how fast the car is.
I was wondering if they still make speed governors, and if so, where to find one? I know that they are still used in UHauls.

Yep that is difficult. I do not know of any engine governors that will fit your car. Sorry
