My vehicle it cannot reach 220 kph. it reaches only 150 kph why? and on speed meter shows it as 220 kph

it is basically graphed to +200KPH to make it look like it will go faster than what you need, it is just a selling point and if you spend serious dollars on performance up grades the speedometer will register higher readings, but normally the higher the reading the less accurate it can be for true road speed.
