Switched the throttle sensor and accelerator sensor. what's wrong?

Hi:
Anytime there is that much of a power loss, I suspect there is an issue with the catalytic converter. If it is plugged, you will have a major power loss.
Here are a few links to look through. The first explains symptoms and the second is related to testing. Check this and let me know what you find. Also, let me know if the check engine light stays on when running as well as if you pulled any diagnostic trouble codes.
