I am smelling the gas leak on my car only from outside passenger side where the gas filler lid is, but no smell from inside the cabin. So, I checked underneath and noticed the signs of gas leak (2nd picture). I took a picture of a gas tank from the internet on this car to show where I am seeing signs of gas leak. I am suspecting its coming from the opening for fuel pump, must be the gaskets are worn off. So, trying to get specs on what's the best way to access fuel pump on this car, possibly remove and replace? Also, just in case, if the whole gas tank is busted/cracked, how to drop the gas tank and replace it?

Yep, this is a big job, the rear differential needs to be dropped down to remove the fuel tank to get at the fuel pump seal. You will need to disconnect the battery and have the car up on a lift and you will need a helper to assist with some of the steps. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.
