Spark plugs will not loosen?

What would cause the plugs to not loosen (even tried putting a pipe over ratchet like a breaker bar) I have stopped because the 2-plug did the same thing. What's the trick to getting them off when they are that tight?

Hello,

Seized spark plugs can be difficult to remove.
Best apply some graphite penetrating spray, let soak over night.
Use a good quality spark plug socket so it does not round off the spark plug.
