Toyota Duet three piston engine will not start. It does not produce power on the plugs, and the nozzles also are not opening.

Are there any trouble codes? Did you check the fuses? When ignition switch is turned on, did the Check Engine Light turn on? Was any repairs done prior to this occurring?

No spark is due to a fault with the crank sensor while no injector pulse is due to missing signal from the cam sensor. For both to fail at the same time, the more likely cause would be power supply or a bad ground circuit.

We worked on the head cylinder, the inlet valves were not closing.

It sounds like a system ground has left off when doing the repair work. Can you please double check the grounds and get back to us?

Cheers, Ken
