After replacing spark plugs car will not start and still has misfire sound

The spark plugs were changed according to the firing sequence and the truck doesn’t start. It still sounds like a misfire. What could it be?

Hello,

This could be a problem with your vehicle's Crankshaft Position Sensor (CKP). Your vehicle uses the CKP to tell the rotational speed of the crankshaft for rpm information and misfire monitor. If the Power-train Control Module (PCM) is not getting a signal from the CKP the engine will not start. I have included a few links down below for you to go to:
