So my car has been burning up the spark plug really fast lately. I have no clue and wanted suggestions. The spark plug is the one nearest the coolant hose on the left side. The xlilpack had been chamged not.to.long ago..Now before it got to this point I've been doctor on my car for a sec. I dropped something into spark plug hole and had to seafoam spray it out. My last oil change messed me up because I was informed it was heavier oil added.. I'll add a pic if asked.

It sound like you have the incorrect spark plugs installed and they are the wrong heat range, here are the correct spark plugs for your car.

Motorcraft plug (AWSF-32PP or equivalent) with the correct gap 0.054

Change out all 8 and you should be okay.
