Spare key not working

Need to know how to get spare key to work. it turns over but won't catch. I called dealer and they said it has a mobilizer and will cost $300.00+ to reprogram. I don't have this kind of money.

I wish I had an easier answer, but you need the right type of scanner to relearn the information from the one you have. If you take a look at pics 1 and 2, I provided the directions for the process. I cut it in two so you could read it, but overlapped it so you could follow it.
