Sounds like the underneath of the car is going to fall apart

When starting the car I hear loud noise under the car turning the steering wheel it gets louder. So what is wrong with the car?

This could be a few possibilities.
First things that come to mind are a (squealing) serpentine belt problem (worn belt/ bad tension-er/etc.)
Or
Power steering fluid level being low.
Then there is a possibility the power steering pump could be going out.
