I understand that the reason my passenger side floorboard being constantly soaked is because of a clogged A/C condenser drain? I have looked all over online and am unable to find the location of this drain.

Can you tell if it is coolant or water? if it is coolant, you have a heater core that is leaking, if it is water then you are correct, and the AC evaporator drain is clogged here is a video to show you how to find it and how to clean it out.

Here is the location, check out the images below.

I'm pretty sure its water. Also, when I make a turn, I hear a water sound sloshing to the other side of the car. Like there is water trapped somewhere behind the dash....

I don't know if my response i just sent posted or not so I'm going to send it again to be sure and if it's a double response then I apologize in advance. Anyhow, I'm pretty sure it's water. No odd feel or coloration nor a smell... also when I make a sharp turn, I hear a water sound sloshing to the other side of the car as if there is water trapped behind the dash somewhere.

Yep, it does sound like it is water, I would follow my first and clear the evaporator drain.

I found the condenser drain tube. I used an air compressor to blow air inside it and even pushed a metal coat hanger inside the drain tube. I was unable to unclog it but there was a small amount of water leaking out. Everything around the drain is wet also. How else can I unclog this tube? My passenger side floorboard on both front and rear are completely soaked and smelling like mildew. I even have been using a shop vac to such up excess water but it's only helping to a degree. Help!

If you cannot unclog the drain, then the HVAC housing will need to be removed and disassembled to find the obstruction. Here is an outline of what needs to be done, the AC system must be evacuated. please check out this video:

Also, the cooling system drained, then the dash will need to be removed check the instructions below to finish the job. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
