smoky engine

engine blows blue white smoke, when warmed it settles buy blows small about of grey smoke. I changed the valve stem seals, but still smoky.

Blue smoke is the result of the engine burning oil. You've already eliminated the valve stem seals as one of the possible causes. There are several other possible causes that need to be explored.
