black smoke coming out when I pressed accelerator

A lot of black smoking when I pressed accelerator. it happened after been washed by water. there is no code check available where I am now, in fact I have changed fuel, oil and filters two week ago as well engine oil.
I think water entered some where.
Please urgent help on road now.

Black smoke is over fueling, may be water shorting one of the sensors not a lot can be done with out a code. Run engine with bonnet open to allow moisture to dry out and see if that helps.
