White fumes from exhaust?

Hello, my car's engine oil is totally full and also my coolant in radiator.
Yesterday at night I switched on my phone flash to look into exhaust very precisely I noticed extremely invisible white fumes extremely as they are not there. What is it? Is it the gas fumes?

Hello,

I am not sure about "I noticed extremely invisible white fumes". Is it steam, does it smell like anything? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can see? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response.

One thing I forgot to mention it can only be seen with phone camera with flashlight not with naked eye and smell like Gas.

Can I ask if this only happens when the engine is cold? If so, this is normal because water vapor is a normal byproduct of the combustion process.
