Smoke entering the vehicle?

Hello,

Whenever the vehicle drive passed a lorry or an environment where something is been burnt, the smoke with be perceived in the vehicle as soon as possible, even with all the windows closed and recirculation is used on the A/C. What could be the cause and where can be checked.

So, there is a recirculation blend door actuator that sound like is stuck in the "refresh" position. To check it out, let's remove the actuator and with the wiring still connected move the HVAC controls from recirculate to fresh position to see if it moves. Here is the location of the actuator. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of the problem so we can see what's going on.
