If it was on fire you will need to replace anything that is damaged or connected to damaged parts. Unless the vehicle is in very good shape I would not even try to repair it after a fire unless it was very small and did not touch any wiring. Wires short out and send voltage or ground to the wrong parts and damage components that look okay but are not. Then the "simple" repair turns into tearing half of the car apart.
Fire and floods are very bad for modern vehicles.
