I have the truck listed above 1500. It uses a little bit of oil I'd say about a quart every two weeks or so and it all the sudden started smoking more out of my exhaust seems to be a white smoke not for sure what to check. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks

Hi,
White smoke from the exhaust can often indicate a failed head gasket. If engine coolant enters the combustion chamber, it will produce white smoke.
Please do me a favor, look through this link and let me know if anything mirrors what you are experiencing:
Yeah, that did help me out did help me out. I do not have any coolant leaking anywhere externally that I can see. And my engine oil looks fine so I'm thinking it is just a slight leak.

Did you try a pressure tester? This guide can help you find the leak, use a flashlight and check the bottom of the water pump and the radiator. With the steam though it might be a head gasket.
