Catalytic converter not reading to pass smog?

Hi,

When you say it's not reading to pass, do you mean there is a code indicating it is bad or do you mean the circuit is incomplete and the vehicle needs to be driven for it to complete?

Let me know. Also, if there are diagnostic trouble codes present that are related to the issue, let me know what they are.
