Can I do away with this rail? Have a terrible exhaust leak because the tubes have holes in them. Vehicle has no converter on it and also would like to do away with the smog pump too. If you can steer me in the right direction to get a pulley kit that can make this possible.

You can use pipe plugs which should fit into the exhaust manifold. Farm truck no smog right? Can you shoot me a picture and upload it so I can see what you are trying to do?

It is a daily driver but I bought this truck about eight years ago and it has never had a converter on the exhaust since I have owned it. Was told if I plug the smog air rail ports without doing away with the pump, the pump would start making noises. Otherwise I would just leave it on there.

It does not matter if it connected or not. I would remove the pump anyway.
