I have the vehicle listed above (lx). I changed the spark plugs so I took the upper intake off. there's a small hose on the back of the intake manifold it connects to the rear passenger top side of the intake. it's a small hose. what is that and where does it connect to? I bought a new hose but not sure where the other end connects to.

Hi,

If it is a hose, then it is likely a vacuum hose. There are several, and engine vacuum originates at the intake, so it could be one of many.

I attached a pic below of the one I think you are talking about. Take a look at the pic. If that is correct, that goes to the fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail.

If it isn't, take a pic of what you are seeing and upload it for me to see it.

Let me know.

Joe

yes, that was it. I ended up climbing under the hood and seeing where it connected to. but thank you for your help! I really appreciate this website, not sure if there's a review I can do or anything like that. if so let me know because I would like to leave a positive review. I've always had good help and have got everything fixed through this website I really truly appreciate it. tomorrow I have the wiper blades to go on, coolant to add, and battery to put back and then comes the ultimate test to see if I got everything back after changing the spark plugs. wish me luck. I will let you know if I have any problems. but if there's a review survey or w.e let me know because I'd like to do it. thanks again!!
