No engine power is fifth gear

Car is sluggish acceleration on fifth gear. When apply the fifth gear car speeds and rpm's going up very slowly. Even shift the fifth gear on the 120km/h.

Maf cleaning already done and fule preasure is also checked but problem is still remaining
