2005 Skoda Octavia Hard start

When I park the car overnight(or 6 hrs), I get problem starting it in the morning. I have to hold the ignition key in the "start" for about 10 -15seconds before it can start! we replaced heater plugs(diesel) but the problems persists. please advice!

add a good fuel addative to the tank to clean injectors and replace fuel filter
