i have a 2006 skoda fabia the windscreen wipers dont work at all, however sometimes if you pull the arm as if you are using the wash wipe it will work once, the windscreen washers are not working either.

Start by checking the fuse and relay .. I suspect the problem is the actual wiper switch (arm) is faulty and may need replacing !
