2005 Skoda Fabia car not starting after changing a fuse!!!

2005 Skoda Fabia Two Wheel Drive Manual 10000 miles

im having nothing but problems with my skoda fabia just now. first of all, i had the problem that the front windscreen wipers were no longer working so changed the fuse and everything was fine. that lasted about two weeks then they stopped working again. changed fuse again and now the car wont start!! please help!! car is ticking over but nothing after that - the windscreen wipers are now working though!!

start by locking then unlocking vehicle with remote keyfob to ensure immobolizer is disabled ..
