2003 Skoda Fabia Fuel Filter

2003 Skoda Fabia Front Wheel Drive Manual

I went to change the fuel filter on my Skoda Fabia 1.2 htp but can't figure out how to remove the old filter. The connections seem to be qucik release but i can't see how to release the hoses. Any suggestions?

most good autoparts stores will supply the tool for releasing these connnectors
