when driving at night the lights flicker and also at tickover they flicker, the engine does not run roughly and i dont know if the alternator could be the cause, the battery is good, could it be voltage stablizer ? the lights do not go on or off when driving only flicker as if the headlights were loose or bulbs loose but this is not the case.. thanks again.

start by checking the lights and bulbs are secure .. then check the alternator is working correctly
