2002 Skoda Fabia Two Wheel Drive Manual 100000 miles

my aerial gogt ripped out in a car wash taking with it the internal thread. so i know have to replace the aerial fitting. does anyone know how to drop the ceiling to be able to reach and change this fitting ??
