Starts fine. Start driving and it will start to skip. Shut it off and restart it and it runs fine. Start driving and will start skipping, repeat, repeat. It skips on the #2 cylinder only. Changed spark plug and coil pack. Did not fix the problem. I have also replaced the 2 cam sensors and crank sensor.

If the compression is good the most common thing that goes bad is the fuel injector. here is a guide to help you make sure the compression is good and how to change out the fuel injector in the diagrams below:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-test-engine-compression

Here is a generic guide that can help you see what you are in for when doing the job:

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I did the injector. Still doing the same thing? It runs well after you start it. Bring it to 2,000 + RPMs will start to skip. Only on the #2 cylinder. Turn it off and restart it and runs fine until you bring up the RPMs then it starts skipping again. #2 cylinder only? I don't know where to go from here.

Okay, we need to remove the valve cover and use a flashlight to check for a broken valve spring on cylinder #2. Here is how you can remove the valve cover in the diagrams below. I would remove the spark plug to make sure it is not cranked as well. Let me know. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find.

Well, I removed the valve cover. All seems to be ok. I rotated the engine so there was no pressure on the valve springs on #2 cylinder everything looked fine. I check the intake and exhaust springs. I tried moving the springs with a screwdriver. Everything seems tight. I would think it would move if it had broken. The spark plug was black because of the miss fire. Any more ideas would be help full. I'm starting to think there is a problem with the command module. Thanks

A black spark plug can cause the misfire as well did you try a new plug? I have seen spark plugs go bad even new there can be defective.

Okay that helps, when you get this code, it could mean the MAF sensor is not working correctly. Also, when you have the valve cover off did you check the camshaft lobe for wear?

I did look at the lobes. They looked fine. I will try the mass air flow sensor next. Hoping this works. Thanks

I have not changed the MAF yet. I think if it was the MAF it would affect all the cyl's. It is only affecting the # 2 cyl. The other do not misfire. Any thoughts on this. Like I said it affects the #2 cyl only. Thanks
