Skipping and shaking while driving?

The truck listed above is a dually 3500 have. Skips and shakes when I drive, I don't know what part needs to be changed.

Hi,

Does the check engine light stay on or flash when the engine is running? Also, is this something that started all at once? Do you feel it is engine-related or something other?

Let me know. Also, let me know what size engine is in it.
