This vehicle was driven into some water. It came up about ankle deep on the passenger seat. The car was left sitting in the water overnight, and then pulled out and parked for 8 months - I purchased it. After basic checks, I attempted to fire it up. Would start, but would stall/idle out. I found the SJB to be very corroded. I cleaned all the connectors, and replaced the SJB. I am still, however, getting the same issue. I've also observed that it seems the throttle is stuck closed. Not carbon stuck -- almost as if it is not getting power from the PCM and it is locking shut. What things should I be looking for, and what things should I be testing? Thanks

The PCM is on the opposite side behind the other kick panel. Then you have the main body harness and it's connections. Then all of the main engine harness. Get a copy of FORScan on a laptop and plug it in, see what modules are talking and which sensors are not showing up. Then plan on going over every part of the wiring because the water in the carpet would have made the entire interior into a sauna when the sun hit the car so every connector in it is suspect as is every module. It's why I refuse to touch a flood car. Far to many hidden problems due to the moisture.
