Usually lights coming on and staying on indicate a problem. To determine what you need to use a scan tool that is able to communicate with your vehicle and read out the trouble codes. Now those codes are not going to tell you "Code PXXXX means replace part XXX" the codes will simply indicate what system(s) the PCM sees a fault in. For instance, all of the lights you have on could be from a single fault, or there could be a couple. Usually, a Traction Control light with the ABS light on as well commonly points at a speed sensor or similar because both of those are interconnected so a loss of a signal can affect both. Then the transmission can also be affected and that triggers the Check engine light. So, step one is to scan the vehicle for codes. Then you have a roadmap to follow to find the actual problem.
