Signal problem

Right rear brake and signal light not working front quick flashing. All other lights working.

The quick flashing is to indicate a bulb is bad. Have you tried replacing it? The brake and signal bulb are one in the same. If the bulb is new, confirm the socket is good. They corrode inside and no longer make connection.
