Where is the signal light/hazard light relay located?

Both my indicators (signal lights) and emergency hazard lights work intermittently. They’ll flash 6-7 times when used then freeze. I am having difficulty finding relay location. Please help.

The hazard and turn signal flasher relay is under the dash on the driver's side. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
