Hi,

This vehicle doesn't have a traditional flasher unit. Instead, the function is controlled by the smart junction box. The smart junction box sends voltage reference signals to the multifunction switch through circuit 1393 (LB/RD) (LH turn signal) and circuit 1392 (LG/OG) (RH turn signal). When the multifunction switch is placed in the LH or RH Turn position, the signal is routed to ground, the circuit is completed, and the lights flash.

I attached diagnostics below related to the signals not working. Take a look through them and let me know if you are comfortable performing them.

Take care,

joe

Thanks. I'll get my test gear out and see what I can determine.
By the way, does the SJB generate the loud clicking sound when signals are working? That's why I assumed there was a flasher unit/relay.
Thanks again!

Some of these have a clicking sound that comes via the audio system in the vehicle and yes, others have it come from the SJB.

When you check the SJB, see if there is any evidence of water damage.

Let me know what you find.

Take care,

Joe
